Review: "Room For You" by Beth Ehemann/ Book Blitz: "After The Storm" by M. Stratton

Four years ago, my dreams were shattered in an instant.

I tried to pick up the pieces and glue them back together the best I knew
how, but something was always missing.

A father for my two girls.

But then, Brody Murphy landed on my doorstep, literally. He was a carefree,
playful hockey player who barged into my life and messed with my head. He
left me more confused than I had ever been.

What if the one thing I thought I needed was the only thing holding me back?

REVIEW

Kacie is a young mother to a wonderful set of twin girls. When their father walks out on them she turns to the only person she has, her mother. She has lived and worked at her the Bed & Breakfast her mother owns, "The Cranberry Inn". She's been shattered after seeing her father walk out on her mother and her girl's dad walk out on her. Will she ever find the kind of man she's looking for? Who would want someone like her and want to be an instant father?

Brody is on the way back from visiting his family to Minneapolis where he is the All Star hockey player of the Wild's.  During a torrential storm he gets hung up outside of the "Cranberry Inn" and hope they have room for him.  He's not expecting to have his breath taken away when door opens, little does he know that it's opening a whole new door to his life.

This was a wonderful, easy read. You know where things are heading and can just sit back, relax and enjoy it.  There are times that Kacie gets frustrating, but it shows what a mother truly goes through when she's on her own. How she has to see how every choice affects her children.  The interaction between herself and her daughters is so wonderful and affectionate. The interaction between Brody and Kacie and the girls is endearing.  He is the man of every single mother's dreams.

The ending threw me off a little. I knew it would be one of two scenarios and I was really hoping it wasn't going to be the one that happened.  I'm assuming this is a series and I'm going to have to wait and see how things happen in the next book.  Let's hope that the bitches get what's coming to them and the guys open their eyes up and find someone who is "real".

This is a 5 star read.

It was perfect for the cold, dreary day.

A great cup of coffee and a lot of a wonderful man named Brody equals a perfect fall day.

e else she was afraid to put the stories down and send to publishing companies. With today’s Indie market she decided now is the time.
