Review: "Do You Believe" by L. Chapman

For Megan, the time she has long dreamed of is finally here.
Come watch the power of friendship evolve and discover how significant a true family bond is. You’ll see Mark and Megan as they lead little Lucy through the joys of the holiday season.
With the impending holiday just a day away, there are a lot of enjoyable family events planned. Come and relish this special day with the entire gang from the Believe Series. Get to know the characters you’ve grown to love even more, while meeting new, fresh faces at the same time.
For the Believe family, will they all get the Christmas they’ve been dreaming of?

If you've read the other books by L. Chapman you are well acquainted with all the characters. This is NOT a stand alone. If you haven't read Trust and Veiled you will be truly lost. Plus they are great reads themselves.

In this book it's Megan and Mark's first Christmas together and Little Lucy's first Christmas. They are bringing in all the friends for old and new traditions. Jenny and Warren are here with little bump growing bigger and Conner is tere with little Kate.

In this book we find out more about Conner and the story of little Kate and what her life has been like without her dad. Their relationship and the little girl start to flourish with all the beauty of a Poinsettia. It's truly a magical Christmas. When you get Mark, Warren, and Conner together they pull out all the stops and then some. Whatever they don't think of Megan does and they go all out for the little ones.

There are some surprises in this book that are not at all good. They will leave you wondering what these friends will have in store in the books to come. I shall give a Cliff Hanger alert. The ending will leave you ready to scream. I'll be anxious to see what the answer is to the question at the end and what it will mean for one relationship.

This is a very quick read being a true novella length, but don't let that fool you, this book is chuck full of Christmas cheer! They are keeping the Yuletide chemistry alive in and out of the bedroom. This story has a little bit for everyone: love, mush, friendship, pleasure, and pain.

This is a 5 STAR read and quite possibly my favorite book in the series yet.
I though Trust would always be my favorite, but this story was after my holiday heart.

About The Author

L. Chapman was born in and continues to live in North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. She has spent most of her life helping  at one time, a DJ for a special needs club. Blending her love of helping others and her love of children, L dreams to one day own and operate a childcare nursery that will help mainstream special needs children with others.

In the rare times that L. is not working to help others or maniacally writing, she enjoys making a mess of things while creating beautifully detailed greeting cards. She spends time relaxing with family, friends, and good books. L. loves to travel and has been to many places in the United Kingdom; her favorite places all involve the ocean. She hopes to one day share a kiss with her happily-ever-after in the romantic shadow of the Eiffel Tower. Should she ever get over her fear of flying, those kisses may be shared in the shadows of the Egyptian Pyramids.

Ever the fussy eater, L. has never once tasted peanut butter, and she despises coffee. If you should feel the need to bribe her, it is suggested that you bring chocolate, as that is one of her know weaknesses.
